Happy Birthday Marky Ramone!

Marc Steven Bell, later re-named when he joined legendary punk rock superstars, the Ramones, was born on July 15, 1956. Although not the original drummer, Marky is the only living member of the longest running, at 15 years, Ramones line-up. That line-up included Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee, and Marky. Marky joined the band in 1978 when Tommy Ramone left.

Best known for his work with the Ramones, Marky also worked with the likes of Dust, Wayne County and the Backstreet Boys, Richard Hell & The Voidoids and the Misfits.
